As a villa filming location in Málaga, it has already hosted commercials, a music video and lifestyle productions, and it is set up to support crews of varying size without the constraints of a hotel or public location.
Production days are designed to run smoothly: street parking for 2–3 trucks plus private storage space for loading and unloading with direct access to the production area, standard household power on site (flag any high-draw equipment in advance), capacity for crews of up to 50 people, and a quiet, fully fenced setting reached only through the main gate and security door. English, Spanish and French are spoken on site to support international productions on the Costa del Sol.
